What you will do

• Design a wide range of assets including social graphics, slide decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system with reusable templates for cross-functional teams.
• Produce short-form, social-first video content for platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Manage end-to-end production workflows, ensuring files are organized and ready for hand-off.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and partnerships to deliver high-quality brand assets.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional design experience (in-house, agency, or freelance).
• Portfolio demonstrating clean execution across digital and print formats.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating social video content or lightweight motion work.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work 4 days a week in-office.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut.
• Experience with Jitter.io.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or fintech brand contexts.
