TL;DR
Senior Brand Designer (Fintech): Designing and executing creative assets across all marketing channels and surfaces with an accent on brand consistency and visual storytelling. Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $95k - $105k plus performance bonus and equity

What you will do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and reusable components to ensure global brand consistency.
- Execute end-to-end creative for integrated campaigns, GTM product launches, and growth channel digital ads.
- Design physical event experiences, including conference booth activations, signage, and branded merchandise.
- Create sales enablement materials, co-branded partner assets, and high-quality proposal designs.
- Manage the marketing design intake process via Asana and coordinate with external creative vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of brand or marketing design experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and InDesign for print-ready collateral.
- Experience designing and deploying landing pages and email templates directly in HubSpot CMS.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative range across both digital and physical mediums.
