What you will do

• Define and evolve the visual identity system, including logo, typography, color, iconography, and motion.
• Own brand execution across the website, landing pages, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
• Design social and campaign creative that captures the company voice across all channels.
• Build and document scalable brand guidelines to support company growth.
• Partner with founders and product/engineering teams to ensure a consistent brand and product experience.
• Help shape and eventually grow the design team as the first design hire.

Requirements

• 4+ years of brand or visual design experience, ideally within startups or agencies.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and cohesive identities across multiple formats.
• Fluency in Figma; knowledge of motion or video tools is a plus.
• Ability to set direction and create processes in an ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Palo Alto, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS, martech, or social/community platforms.
