Salary: $94,000–$148,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Define strategic objectives, success metrics, and ROI for executive summits and community meetups.
- Lead agenda-setting and content development, partnering with Product Marketing and R&D to ensure a coherent narrative.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, GTM, and executive leadership to ensure program success.
- Oversee end-to-end event execution, including venue, A/V, vendor management, and attendee journey design.
- Manage event budgets and report on KPIs to senior stakeholders.
- Travel domestically and occasionally internationally to support key events.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Client Marketing or Events with direct ownership of large-scale programs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
- Proven track record of defining event strategy and reporting ROI to senior leadership.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in B2B tech or financial services.
- Familiarity with wealth management, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
