Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $94,000–$148,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Define strategic objectives, success metrics, and ROI for executive summits and community meetups.
  • Lead agenda-setting and content development, partnering with Product Marketing and R&D to ensure a coherent narrative.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, GTM, and executive leadership to ensure program success.
  • Oversee end-to-end event execution, including venue, A/V, vendor management, and attendee journey design.
  • Manage event budgets and report on KPIs to senior stakeholders.
  • Travel domestically and occasionally internationally to support key events.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Client Marketing or Events with direct ownership of large-scale programs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of defining event strategy and reporting ROI to senior leadership.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B tech or financial services.
  • Familiarity with wealth management, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
