Location: Must be based in the New York City area or on the East Coast with the ability to travel regularly to NYC and industry events.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, and virtual experiences.
  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, logistics, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation Managers to create integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with venues, agencies, production vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead on-site event execution to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees and executives.
  • Track and report on event performance metrics, including ROI and lead generation impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the New York City area or on the East Coast.
  • 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and customer-facing teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot and event management software such as Cvent or Zoom Events.
  • Ability to travel regularly to support in-person events and conferences.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or high-growth environments.
  • Graphic design or layout skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital analytics tools.
