What you will do

• Manage the annual industry events calendar, evaluating conferences and partner activations based on strategic fit and pipeline opportunity.
• Own end-to-end booth strategy, including design, messaging, demo flow, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate internal GTM and Sales teams to ensure alignment on event goals, target accounts, and messaging.
• Develop pre-event briefing materials and lead post-event debriefs to capture feedback and optimize future performance.
• Track and report on KPIs including leads generated, pipeline influenced, and cost per lead.
• Handle procurement, vendor contracts, and compliance submissions while managing event budgets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proven track record of managing trade show presence from strategy to execution.
• Experience managing event budgets and reporting performance against ROI metrics.
• Strong preference for background in fintech, wealth management, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proficiency with tools such as SFDC, Marketo, and On24 is preferred.
