TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns across Paid Social, SEM, Email, Events, and Content Syndication.
  • Use data-driven insights and A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI across the full funnel.
  • Manage the inbound lead lifecycle, including qualification and ensuring seamless handoff to Sales teams.
  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-priority segments.
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to align campaigns with positioning and ICP messaging.
  • Coordinate lead generation activities for industry events and field marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in a Demand Generation role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Must be currently authorized to work and based in the United States.
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Strong command of paid channels, specifically LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with demonstrated ROI management.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to extract trends from complex data sets.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ABM platforms such as Demand Science or Terminus.
  • Familiarity with intent data and signal-based outreach.
