What you will do
- Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns across Paid Social, SEM, Email, Events, and Content Syndication.
- Use data-driven insights and A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI across the full funnel.
- Manage the inbound lead lifecycle, including qualification and ensuring seamless handoff to Sales teams.
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-priority segments.
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to align campaigns with positioning and ICP messaging.
- Coordinate lead generation activities for industry events and field marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in a Demand Generation role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Must be currently authorized to work and based in the United States.
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Strong command of paid channels, specifically LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with demonstrated ROI management.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to extract trends from complex data sets.
- Bachelor's degree.
Nice to have
- Experience with ABM platforms such as Demand Science or Terminus.
- Familiarity with intent data and signal-based outreach.
