Salary: $94,000 - $148,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the partner marketing motion to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across all verticals and geographies.
  • Execute comprehensive multi-channel strategies (digital, content, events) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Design and manage a high-impact portfolio of co-marketing activations and joint activities with leading brands.
  • Collaborate with internal performance marketing managers, business development, and sales to align priorities.
  • Own the marketing portion of the partnership onboarding process to ensure a scalable and seamless integration journey.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on partner integration capabilities to leverage them effectively in campaigns.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the fintech or software industry.
  • Proven experience leading and driving partnership marketing programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US from day one without sponsorship.
