What you will do

• Lead month-end close processes for U.S. and international entities, managing accruals, fixed assets, and balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure accurate application of ASC 606 revenue accounting and manage complex non-standard arrangements.
• Oversee payroll accounting integrity and compliance across global entities.
• Execute U.S. sales and indirect tax compliance, including nexus monitoring and coordination with external advisors.
• Prepare audit schedules and documentation for external regulatory reviews.
• Drive systems improvements and automation to enhance reconciliation workflows and internal controls.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
• Strong technical foundation in U.S. GAAP.
• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and experience with close automation or spend management systems.
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-scaling setting.
