What you will do

  • Review documents, prepare reports, and manage disclosures.
  • Analyze evidence, including medical and personnel records.
  • Conduct investigations, obtain witness statements, and instruct experts or counsel.
  • Draft legal documents and handle routine correspondence.
  • Attend conferences and trials alongside counsel.
  • Liaise with insurers and insureds while ensuring strict adherence to court timetables.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency in handling a range of mixed disease cases.
  • Strong negotiation, listening, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet defined targets.
  • High attention to detail and strong self-organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in IT skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Liverpool (Hybrid).
