What you will do

• Update and maintain the case management system with court dates, orders, and activity logs.
• Draft routine court documents including AOS, Notice of Change, and witness summons.
• Liaise with courts, counsel, witnesses, and brokers to progress case files.
• Manage payment requests and ensure compliance with required deadlines.
• Perform minor investigations on liability and quantum to support file handlers.
• Handle administrative tasks including billing queries and file closure activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Bolton, UK.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with claims or case management systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with third parties.
• Ability to organize and prioritize a high-volume workload.
• GCSE grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent.
