Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Manage and monitor equipment loan and lease portfolios, focusing on performance, risk ratings, and covenant compliance.
• Design and scale new structured credit programs and lending infrastructure from the ground up.
• Create and enforce credit policies, standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Structure complex equipment and inventory-backed credit facilities and lead ongoing credit surveillance.
• Participate in fundraising activities to raise third-party debt or equity capital to support loan activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to develop risk frameworks and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY to comply with the hybrid work policy.
• BA with 10+ years of experience or MBA with 7+ years of experience.
• Deep expertise in structuring equipment and/or inventory loans.
• Proven track record of building lending programs or credit structures from scratch.
• Strong underwriting experience across diverse asset classes and obligor types.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in high-growth, evolving environments.
