What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and assess risks to contribute to the development of the annual audit plan.
• Scope and plan multiple audits across various hirify.global products and operational workflows.
• Conduct process walkthroughs and execute testing to confirm the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Assess and ensure compliance with the company's regulatory obligations.
• Document audit issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and track remediation plans.

Requirements

• Experience scoping and planning complex audits.
• Proven ability to lead audit teams and coach junior members.
• Working knowledge of financial services laws, regulations, and risk management standards.
• Experience auditing BSA/AML/Sanctions, payments (wires/ACH), and Card products.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
