• Achieve and exceed underwriting performance and revenue targets.

• Provide market feedback to improve policy forms, rates, and service tools.
• Represent the company at broker meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel at least once per month.
• 3–8 years of underwriting experience in management or professional liability.
• Established network of brokers, carriers, or clients in the specialty liability space.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and account management targets.
• Expertise in rating procedures, policy forms, and coverage endorsements.
• College degree with 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
