• Achieve and exceed underwriting performance and revenue targets.
• Price accounts with competitive terms while adhering to company guidelines.
• Manage broker communications and build long-term, profitable partnerships.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to assess exposures on complex accounts.
• Provide market feedback to improve policy forms, rates, and coverage guidelines.
• Represent the company at broker meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3-8 years of underwriting experience in management or professional liability.
• Established network of brokers, carriers, or clients in the specialty liability space.
• Expertise in rating procedures, policy forms, and coverage endorsements.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and account management targets.
• Ability to travel at least once per month for industry events and meetings.
