TL;DR

Product Owner (Automotive/Commerce): Defining the product roadmap and managing backlogs for development teams to maximize business value with an accent on user research, data-driven decision-making, and agile methodology. Focus on translating complex customer requirements into technical delivery and optimizing product performance across multi-market digital environments.

Location: Hybrid working in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal (average 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Translate product vision into actionable backlogs, managing Epics and user stories for 1-2 development teams.
• Utilize data and user feedback to validate hypotheses and inform user story creation.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies as a customer proxy, accepting completed user stories and reflecting business needs.
• Manage stakeholder groups, validating feedback and providing regular progress updates.
• Monitor product performance using web analytics and SEO tools to derive actionable insights for prioritization.
• Drive the short- and long-term product vision, aligning it with the overarching business strategy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product processes, and analytical communication.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate discovery, backlog refinement, and decision-making.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical delivery and ready-for-development user stories.
• Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Experience in the automotive industry or with large-scale enterprise websites for the European market is highly advantageous.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
• Scrum Master qualification.
