What you will do

• Define and maintain a shared product vision aligned with broader business goals and long-term growth strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and support Product Owners to improve their stakeholder management and product decision-making capabilities.
• Oversee product delivery across multiple streams to ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution.
• Establish and refine product management frameworks and standards to support scalable development.
• Act as the Product Owner for a dedicated development team, managing backlog prioritization and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to ensure successful product execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product leadership role.
• At least 1 year of experience leading, mentoring, or managing product-focused teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of Product Discovery, Product Delivery, Agile methodologies, and Scrum frameworks.
• Basic technical knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Previous experience within the iGaming, gambling, or betting sectors.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on product performance.
• Familiarity with third-party platform integrations and QA practices.
