What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for SMB products, from positioning and messaging to GTM execution.
• Define and optimize eCommerce and self-serve buyer journeys to reduce friction and increase conversion.
• Apply growth marketing principles to improve activation, adoption, and customer value realization.
• Develop differentiated value propositions and scalable messaging frameworks tailored to small business needs.
• Conduct customer research to define buyer personas and build market maturity models.
• Create enablement assets and competitive battlecards for sales, partners, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a related technology role.
• Proven track record of managing products across the full lifecycle (launch, onboarding, and adoption).
• Experience enabling digital, self-serve, or eCommerce-driven buyer journeys.
• Deep understanding of small business (SMB) customer buying and usage behaviors.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
