What you will do

• Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
• Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure delivered features meet user needs, business objectives, and quality standards.
• Validate product deliverables, focusing on usability and product vision alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in related roles.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics (Velocity, Burndown Chart).
• Strong communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• User-focused, organized, and capable of managing priorities effectively.
• English: B2 required.
