What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Develop and maintain AI product roadmaps, defining vision, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into actionable product and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with AI architects and engineers to manage feature development and product backlogs.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, security, and ethical standards.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and value realization post-deployment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, digital technology, or data/analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in developing business cases, roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Strong commercial acumen and outcome-focused delivery mindset.

Nice to have

• Product management certifications (Pragmatic, AIPMM, SAFe).
• Certifications in AI, Data Science, Analytics, or Cloud technologies.
