What you will do

• Manage HR operations, employee relations (ER), and HR compliance.
• Handle HRIS management and support the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide HR support across both hourly manufacturing/technician teams and salaried corporate staff.
• Build and scale People Operations infrastructure to influence company culture and employee experience.
• Connect day-to-day HR execution to broader business needs.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-trust startup environment.
• Ability to support a highly technical manufacturing workforce.
• Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive employee relations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant)
• Must be based in the Bay Area, California for on-site work
