Salary: $185,000–$215,000

What you will do

  • Own and drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives on behalf of the CFO from definition to execution.
  • Lead the operating cadence, planning processes, and cross-functional follow-through on key business priorities.
  • Develop high-quality executive communications and materials for senior leadership and board-facing discussions.
  • Facilitate decision forums and executive work sessions to align stakeholders and drive enterprise priorities.
  • Identify emerging risks and independently frame options, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Conduct routine and ad hoc analysis to inform critical business decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, or chief of staff roles.
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to bring structure and momentum to ambiguous, loosely defined problems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level narratives.
  • Must be based in Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
