Salary: $175,000 - $195,000

What you will do

  • Advise business units on operational risk matters and execute implementation of risk policies and frameworks.
  • Manage and coach a team of operational risk analysts on risk identification, assessment, measurement, and monitoring including KPIs and KRIs.
  • Conduct proactive risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, and recommend remediation actions.
  • Monitor progress of risk action items, validate closures, and support enterprise risk management program.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for Risk Committees and senior management.
  • Participate in business disruption response and risk-related training development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years in risk management, compliance, audit, or finance control functions
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Finance, Audit, or MBA preferred; CRM or CFA a plus
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, analytical skills, and experience leading small teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for executive presentations
  • Ability to handle complex projects under tight deadlines and navigate organizational challenges
