What you will do

• Analyze credit and investment characteristics of borrowing entities for sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Structure and evaluate investment terms and conditions, including covenants, in collaboration with senior team members.
• Perform deep due diligence through management interviews and on-site facility visits.
• Manage the closing process, including funds flow and final documentation.
• Monitor credit quality of fund investments and ensure compliance with loan covenants.
• Prepare investor materials to support fundraising efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• 2-5 years of structured credit experience in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, or project finance.
• Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
