VP, Technical Operations Finance (Media): Acting as a strategic financial partner to the CIO and Tech Ops leadership to oversee global financial budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for a $900M+ operating cash flow division. Focus on driving finance transformation, AI initiatives, and ensuring balance sheet stewardship while leading a high-performing team in New York.
Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office required).
Salary: $200,000 – $270,000 (bonus & LTI eligible).

What you will do
- Establish standard operating rhythms for financial management, business strategy, and operational goals.
- Own consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis for short-term and long-term forecasting.
- Develop tools for strategic insights into capital investment, product time tracking, and capitalized labor.
- Lead core finance processes including budgets, pacing, and long-range planning for the Tech Ops division.
- Structure, coach, and develop a team of 6 finance professionals.
- Partner with business units to drive efficiencies, growth, and financial transparency.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of financial experience with advanced leadership and stewardship.
- Relevant senior financial management experience in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
- Proven experience managing financial metrics and forecasting in the media industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.

- Prior CFO or P&L leadership experience.
