TL;DR

VP, Revenue Operations (B2B SaaS): Architecting the predictable, scalable revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with an accent on operational rigor, GTM strategy, and system scalability. Focus on designing end-to-end lead-to-cash processes, optimizing funnel conversion, and delivering actionable executive-level insights.

Location: Hybrid in Redwood City, CA

Salary: $195,000 – $240,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Own pipeline, bookings, and ARR forecasting, leading annual and quarterly GTM planning, quota setting, and territory design.
  • Build and lead the Revenue Operations function, including defining the structure, hiring roadmap, and operating model.
  • Design and refine end-to-end lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle processes to eliminate operational friction.
  • Own CRM architecture (HubSpot, Salesforce), the GTM tech stack, data governance, and automation strategy.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance leadership to translate company strategy into executable GTM plans.
  • Deliver actionable analysis on pipeline health, rep performance, and GTM efficiency for the executive team and board.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience scaling GTM operations through hypergrowth at an enterprise B2B SaaS startup.
  • Experience building and leading a Revenue Operations function, including hiring and developing a team.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with deep fluency in funnel metrics and SaaS KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive and board-level stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Redwood City, CA.
