What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategy to optimize transcript review and production workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement automation and AI integrations.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach Production Managers and their teams.
  • Align production KPIs with overall company OKRs to ensure high-quality service.
  • Analyze production analytics to identify efficiency gaps and drive business goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of production leadership experience within the court reporting industry.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling transcript production teams.
  • Experience managing other managers and guiding team performance.
  • Deep understanding of production workflows and QA best practices.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Knowledge of legal codes and regulations regarding deposition transcripts.
