What you will do
- Lead executive-level AI transformation engagements as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
- Facilitate steering committee sessions to align leadership on strategy, priorities, and transformation roadmaps.
- Translate business strategy into actionable AI roadmaps tied to financial and operational outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to maintain momentum between executive sessions.
- Identify and remove organizational blockers that impede AI adoption and workflow transformation.
- Produce board-ready reporting and ROI analyses connecting AI initiatives to business value.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or strategic advisory roles.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to facilitate C-suite discussions and drive alignment across complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of business models, P&L structures, and enterprise operating rhythms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Exceptional communication skills with presence in executive environments.
