TL;DR

Launch Manager (SaaS): Managing end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation for a high-growth vertical software platform with an accent on data migration, configuration, and user training. Location: Remote (US). Hybrid approach (3 days/week in office) required for candidates within a reasonable commute to San Francisco or New York City.

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle for a book of business from kickoff to go-live.
  • Consult with customers to determine optimal product configuration based on their specific requirements.
  • Migrate employee and payroll data from legacy systems into the platform.
  • Provide product training and guidance to employers and brokers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation blockers to maintain customer trust.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize platform enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, consulting, or project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Customer-first mindset with high empathy and ownership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
