What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing architects and senior consultants.
- Manage the sales pipeline, project staffing, and revenue forecasting for assigned segments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to scope projects, create Statements of Work, and ensure service offerings align with product sales.
- Oversee delivery quality and project health for 40-60 active projects, intervening when necessary to bring them back on track.
- Report business segment performance and operational insights to senior leadership.
- Foster a collaborative culture and drive continuous improvement in service delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA or able to work from Atlanta/Mountain View offices.
- Proven experience in professional services leadership, including team management and talent development.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to influence sales and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to meet customer business needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with sales pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
