What you will do

• Manage quality engineers to complete the scope of work for quality documentation.
• Develop, write, and maintain quality procedures and processes in line with client requirements.
• Develop and execute audit programs and maintain a continuous compliance monitoring process.
• Ensure corrective action processes are active and effective in resolving identified non-conformities (NCR).
• Represent the company at the highest level with clients regarding quality matters.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance for the supervision and management of quality.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Royston, UK.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and control systems within engineering environments.
• Experience in auditing the application of Management Systems (BMS) and business processes.
• Ability to work an 11-day rolling rotation (3 days off, 10 hours per day).
• Strong skills in producing internal and external quality reports and schedules.

Nice to have

• Experience in the plastics industry (though skills from adjacent industries are acceptable).
