What you will do

• Manufacture chemically formulated media by operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure consistent batch quality.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready production records and documentation.
• Perform in-process quality control checks and escalate any deviations or non-conformances.
• Support the cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and work areas.
• Contribute to troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in a hands-on chemical production or controlled manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of chemical processes and batch manufacturing principles.
• Experience working in a regulated or quality-controlled environment with strict documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to procedural compliance.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a small team.
