What you will do

• Execute assembly and general production tasks according to written and verbal instructions.
• Operate production machinery and equipment to build engineered products.
• Maintain high quality, productivity, and safety standards throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure production deadlines are met.
• Complete and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and mandatory PPE requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Ability to follow strict operating procedures and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Flexible and willing to work rotational shift patterns, including Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts.
• Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems.
• Previous experience with industrial shift work.
