What you will do

• Supervise and oversee repair jobs from start to finish to ensure all client specifications and requirements are met.
• Conduct validation and post-inspections to scope works and ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Manage job workflows and resolve client queries using the Total Mobile dashboard.
• Coordinate and supervise the supply chain to ensure timely project start and completion dates.
• Create Health and Safety files for every job and perform regular site safety inspections.
• Liaise with project managers, commercial support, clients, and residents.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Luton or London, UK.
• Relevant Site Management qualification or proven professional experience.
• Valid SMSTS, SSSTS, and First Aid certifications.
• Asbestos Awareness certification.
• Proficiency in Total Mobile and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience working within a supply chain delivery model in a fast-paced environment.
