What you will do

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and production methods.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from design through to production readiness.
• Create and maintain critical documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams.
• Translate engineering designs into practical, manufacturable solutions.
• Provide hands-on support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and non-conformances.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Professional experience working in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, machining, or assembly processes.
• Proficiency in Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience within heavy engineering, fabrication, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with welding, structural assemblies, or complex mechanical systems.
• Experience using CAD systems or manufacturing simulation tools.
