What you will do
- Generate new business revenue and expand existing client accounts through strategic targeting.
- Build and manage high-level relationships with Microsoft leadership and sales teams to drive mutual value.
- Lead bid and deal teams to develop compelling proposals, SOWs, and RFPs.
- Collaborate with PMO and practice teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Conduct opportunity assessments and develop proactive account plans for strategic prospects.
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts with key client decision-makers.
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Sydney, Australia
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales environment working with Microsoft technologies.
- 3+ years of experience leading bid and deal teams.
- 3+ years of experience partnering with Microsoft across multiple commercial teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to all levels of an organization.
Nice to have
- Current certifications in Microsoft CX-related disciplines.
- Proven track record in the CX or systems integration market.
