Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to prevent fraud loss from account takeover, scams, and social engineering.
• Create and manage the authentication roadmap covering analytics, tools, and operational processes.
• Conduct independent data analytics using SQL and Python to identify shifting fraud trends.
• Oversee authentication fraud monitoring and alerting logic to ensure timely and relevant coverage.
• Integrate agentic AI capabilities into risk workflows to automate processes and improve detection.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to triage incidents and enhance infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience managing authentication risk strategies such as device login, account recovery, and profile management.
• Deep domain knowledge of fraud tactics and mitigation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience building with AI tools including LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
