What you will do

  • Lead technical business development for the global data center segment by identifying and advancing strategic opportunities.
  • Engage customers to understand power constraints, commercial priorities, and technical requirements for BESS integration.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to shape solution strategies and refine value propositions.
  • Translate market insights into go-to-market priorities and internal product feedback.
  • Build credibility with executive and technical stakeholders by linking solution design to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or technical sales within energy storage, power infrastructure, or data centers.
  • Proven track record of advancing complex, multimillion-dollar B2B opportunities with sophisticated counterparties.
  • Demonstrated technical fluency in BESS systems, data center electrical infrastructure, and power system applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy systems, or a related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence in a matrixed environment.
