What you will do

• Identify and assess new renewable energy opportunities including wind, BESS, and various solar solutions.
• Manage the local commercial network to facilitate site acquisitions and project development.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle from site selection through to construction readiness.
• Coordinate with finance, GIS, and engineering teams to optimize project design and feasibility.
• Engage with industrial clients and local authorities to structure PPAs and respond to tenders.
• Lead permitting applications and liaise with spatial planners, consultants, and grid operators.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid driver's license (held for at least 1 year) as travel is required.
• Bachelor's degree in renewable energy, agronomy, environmental studies, or project management.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a development role with a track record in project delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with landowners, authorities, and industrial clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the UK renewable sector and local administrative processes is highly preferred.
