Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 a year

What you will do

• Implement the Energy Isolation Program using SPS-101 standards and guidebooks.
• Establish and manage an Energy Isolation assurance process to address gaps identified during audits.
• Plan and approve Energy Isolation procedures for High-Risk Activities.
• Collaborate with the Authorizing Energy Marshal to develop and manage the Energy Isolation Permit process.
• Review technical documentation (SOW, MOP, Scripts) to identify all energy sources and establish centralized LOTO systems.
• Verify personnel qualifications, training, and PPE compliance for all isolation tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in data center construction and commissioning standards and practices.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in La Porte, IN.

Nice to have

• Project Management experience.
• Expertise in various data center energy sources, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret line drawings and system redundancies to ensure LOTO effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical solutions to non-engineers.
• Experience auditing site practices against written standards.
