Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Milton Keynes office)

Salary: £38,784 to £46,049

What you will do

  • Provide expert advice on talent attraction, assessment, and selection processes.
  • Manage multiple innovative recruitment campaigns and projects end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners to align recruitment with workforce plans and strategic objectives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador on LinkedIn and at professional networking events to attract diverse talent.
  • Engage with outsourced suppliers and partners to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Design and advise on inclusive, evidence-based assessment approaches for selection decisions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering end-to-end in-house recruitment within complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of improving inclusive hiring practices and targeting underrepresented groups.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law relating to recruitment and pre-employment vetting.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders and facilitating training.
  • Ability to handle changing workloads and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
