What you will do

• Partner with territory leads and HR across EMEA to define hiring needs and job descriptions.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment including proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Maintain detailed tracking and reporting of candidates using Excel.
• Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies and advertise open positions.
• Coordinate the entire interview process from initial screening to final offer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience in the high technology sector, preferably IT security.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.

Nice to have

• Fluency in one or more additional European languages.
