What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, and Operations roles.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels.
• Execute high volumes of personalized outreach and manage conversion rates.
• Conduct weekly screening and qualification interviews to evaluate top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and deliver consistent results.
• Maintain clean candidate data and documented pipelines within the ATS.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in a tech startup or agency.
• Outbound-first mentality with a passion for proactive sourcing.
• Strong command of LinkedIn and Boolean search.
• English: Working proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona or ready to relocate to Spain.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or French.
• Experience with advanced sourcing tools.
