What you will do
- Define and execute business strategies for the Iberian market across key verticals.
- Develop and manage go-to-market and alliance strategies to drive growth.
- Engage and enhance the partner landscape to expand market reach.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management for order entries and revenue.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product Management and System Consulting to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Proven sales experience in the Telco market, specifically within B2B departments.
- In-depth knowledge of optical end-to-end technology, from Fixed Access to Long Haul DWDM.
- Strong understanding of finance and sales methodologies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
