What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of account managers to ensure client retention and growth.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and long-term engagement.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying customer pain points and needs.
- Lead renewal campaigns and renegotiate contracts to ensure profitability and value.
- Act as the voice of the customer to internal product and operations teams to drive service improvements.
- Oversee strategic planning, resource forecasting, and recruitment for the Spanish account management team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Sales, Account Management, or Pre-Sales) with C-level interaction.
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing a sales or account management team.
- Fluent in Spanish (C2) and advanced English (C1).
- Proven track record of over-performance and managing companies with 300+ employees.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid or Barcelona.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
