What you will do
- Hunt for new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term CRO partnerships.
- Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline across assigned territories.
- Lead client conversations, including RFPs, bid defenses, and contract negotiations.
- Represent the company to senior and C-level sponsor stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operations and Proposals teams to develop winning service solutions.
- Track progress and forecast sales performance using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK or Spain.
- Proven experience as a deal-maker in the CRO or life sciences industry.
- Strong track record of opening doors and closing complex clinical development deals.
- Expertise in Phase I–IV, Full Service, and FSP models.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to travel as needed to secure partnerships.
