What you will do

• Own and operate LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure for manufacturing and office environments.
• Lead network readiness and infrastructure setup for new site builds and expansions in Spain.
• Manage routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and ISP circuits, including vendor coordination.
• Establish network standards, technical documentation, and operational best practices.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex troubleshooting and production-impacting issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, preferably in 24/7 manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Wi-Fi design, VLANs, routing, firewalls, ISPs, and VPNs.
• Experience supporting high-availability and production-critical environments.
• Familiarity with Cisco (Meraki), CloudFlare, GCP, AWS, and on-prem infrastructure.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to travel between company locations in Spain.
