What you will do

• Troubleshoot applications, services, and infrastructure issues reported by end-users.
• Manage incidents, including stakeholder communication and coordination with development teams.
• Verify and document bugs for accurate tracking and escalation.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to establish support workflows and monitoring plans.
• Partner with trusted vendors to resolve service events.
• Participate in rotating shifts and out-of-hours on-call duties for high-severity incidents.

Requirements

• English proficiency is required
• Experience providing Level 2 (L2) support in a tech-driven business environment.
• Software development experience, particularly with Python.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to participate in rotating shifts and on-call duties.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS and/or Google Cloud.
• Linux administration skills.
• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience with Salesforce, Agile, CI/CD, Frontend (HTML/CSS/JS), PostgreSQL, or Observability.
