Presales Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives on North American deals.
• Lead discovery with customer service leaders and uncover operational challenges.
• Design automation-first solutions and build prospect-branded demos across chat, email, and voice.
• Lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept for prospective customers.
• Own technical scoping, RFP responses, and security questionnaire answers.
• Handoff clear technical requirements to Professional Services and share recurring product gaps with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or presales engineering.
• Proven ability to win deals by communicating value and differentiation.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and generative models, and their business applications.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, Zendesk, and HubSpot, and integration methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
