TL;DR

Communications Apprentice (Media): Supporting the communications strategy for an audio business across nine European markets with an accent on internal and external corporate messaging. Focus on content creation, social media management, and coordinating communication projects for strategic company updates.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or able to commute to the London office)

One of Europe’s largest publishers, creating print, online, and audio content across multiple European markets.

What you will do

• Draft and edit content for internal and external channels to ensure a consistent corporate voice.
• Create visual and social content using digital tools and publish it across corporate channels.
• Coordinate communication projects and campaigns across multiple European markets.
• Support leadership communications, partnerships, and content launches.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and trackers for campaigns and media coverage.
• Assist with event logistics, diary coordination, and the preparation of briefing packs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office
• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Interest in media, PR, and the wider creative industries.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint and Viva Engage.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva, Clipchamp, or Adobe Express.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
